This specification covers rolled nickel-chromium-molybdenum-columbium alloy (UNS No. N06625) and nickel-chromium-molybdenum-silicon alloy (UNS No. N06219) plates, sheets, and strips. N06625 alloys shall be furnished in two grades of different heat treatment conditions, namely: Grade 1 (annealed); and Grade 2 (solution annealed). N06219 alloys, on the other hand, shall be furnished in solution annealed condition only. Materials shall be sampled prepared, and tested accordingly to examine their conformance to dimensional (thickness, weight, width, diameter, length, straightness, edges, squareness, and flatness), mechanical (tensile and yield strengths, and elongation), and chemical composition requirements.
ASME SB446 / ASTM B446 - 03(2008)e1 Standard Specification for Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum-Columbium Alloy (UNS N06625), Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum-Silicon Alloy (UNS N06219), and Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum-Tungsten Alloy (UNS N06650)* Rod and Bar
This specification covers nickel-chromium-molybdenum-columbium (UNS N06625), nickel-chromium-molybdenum-silicon alloy (UNS N06219), and nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy (UNS N06650) in the form of hot-worked rod and bar and cold-worked rod. The matreial shall conform to the required chemical composition for carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium, columbium, tantalum, cobalt, molybdenum, iorn, aluminum, titanium, copper, nickel, tungsten, and nitrogen. The materials shall conform to the the heat treatment and room temperature tensile properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation. Dimensions of the alloys such as diameter, thickness, or width, length and straightness shall also be determined.
ASME SB444 / STM B444 - 06(2011) Standard Specification for Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum-Columbium Alloys (UNS N06625 and UNS N06852) and Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum-Silicon Alloy (UNS N06219) Pipe and Tube
This specification covers UNS N06625 and UNS N06852 nickel-chromium-molybdenum-columbium alloys and UNS N06219 nickel-chromium-molybdenum-silicon alloy in the form of cold-worked seamless pipe and tube. UNS N06625 products are furnished in annealed Grade 1 and solution annealed Grade 2 while UNS N06219 and UNS N06852 are in solution annealed condition only. Chemical testing shall be performed on each type of material and shall conform to the chemical composition limits specified for carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium, tantalum, columbium, cobalt, molybdenum, iron, aluminum, titanium, copper, and nickel. The material shall undergo tensile testing and shall conform to the required room temperature tensile properties like tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation depending on the heat treatment used and including small diameter and light-walled tubing. Each pipe or tube shall undergo hydrostatic testing and shall conform to the allowable fiber stress and also be examined with a nondestructive electric test as prescribed.

ASME SB705 / ASTM B705 - 05(2009) Standard Specification for Nickel-Alloy (UNS N06625, N06219 and N08825) Welded Pipe
This specification covers UNS N06625, N06219, and N08825 nickel-alloy welded pipe in the annealed condition. The pipe shall be manufactured from flat-rolled alloy by an automatic welding process with no additional filler metal. The pipe material shall be cold-worked, annealed, and nondestructively tested. The pipe shall be furnished with oxide removed. The material shall conform to the composition required by the specification. The pipe shall be subjected to tensile, yield, elongation, transverse guided bend, and nondestructive test requirements. Nondestructive test includes hydrostatic, pneumatic, eddy current, ultrasonic, leak, and electric testing. Acceptable size limit of cracks or other defect after bending test is specified.

ASME SB704 / ASTM B704 - 03(2009) Standard Specification for Welded UNS N06625, UNS N06219 and UNS N08825 Alloy Tubes
This specification covers welded tubes made of UNS N06625, UNS N06219 and UNS N08825 alloys for use in boilers, heat exchangers and condensers for general corrosion prevention in either low or high-temperature environments. This standard contains information on manufacturing, chemical composition, mechanical properties and dimensional requirements for the welded tubes.
ASME SB366 / ASTM B366 - 10a Standard Specification for Factory-Made Wrought Nickel and Nickel Alloy Fittings
This specification covers wrought welding fittings, including threaded fittings, for pressure piping, factory-made from nickel and nickel alloys. The term welding applies to butt-welding or socket-welding parts such as elbows, bends, caps, tees, reducers, lap-joint, and stub ends. This specification does not apply to cast welding fittings. Grades of nickel and nickel alloys included in this specification are designated with a prefix, WP or CR, based on dimensional and rating standards. WP grades have class designations (Class S, Class W, Class WX, and Class WU) to indicate whether seamless or welded construction is utilized and to indicate the nondestructive test method and extent of nondestructive examination (such as radiography and/or ultrasonic test). The material for wrought welding fittings may consist of forgings, rods, bars, plates, sheets, and seamless or welded pipe that conform to all the specified requirements. Forging or shaping operations may be performed by hammering, pressing, piercing, extruding, upsetting, rolling, bending, or fusion welding, or by a combination of two or more of these operations. Chemical and product analyses shall conform to the chemical composition prescribed. Requirements for tensile properties, heat treatment, tension test, and dimensions are detailed. Hydrostatic testing of wrought fittings is not required by this specification.
ASME SB564 / ASTM B564 - 10 Standard Specification for Nickel Alloy Forgings
This specification covers nickel alloy forgings. These alloys are classified into different grades according to their chemical composition. A chemical analysis shall be employed on each alloy in order to determine its chemical composition. Grain size and mechanical properties like tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation shall be measured. A tension test and nondestructive ultrasonic test shall be done on each specimen.

The nickel-iron-chromium alloys are UNS N08120, UNS N08800, UNS N08810, and UNS N08811. Alloy UNS N08800 is normally employed in service temperatures up to and including 1100°F (593°C). Alloys UNS N08810, N08120, and UNS N08811 are normally employed in service temperatures above 1100°F where resistance to creep and rupture is required, and are annealed to develop controlled grain size for optimum properties in this temperature range.
