Use:

 

To get the optimal properties, an austenite/ferrite ratio of 40% to 60% is targeted depending on component. This ratio is achieved by adjusting the individual alloying elements on the one hand as well as an exactly defined heat treatment on the other.

 

Duplex materials have C<0.10% ;Cr 22-28%; Ni 4-8%; Mo 1-4%; Cu up to 3% and N as alloying elements.
