Use:

 

Heat-resistant steel castings are materials which have a high tensile strength oxidising and reducing atmospheres at over 600°C. In addition to scaling resistance, its other properties such as weldability, wear-resistance, chemical resistance and resistance to thermal shock are of great importance.

Heat-resistant materials are divided into three groups:

 

Ferritic cast steel grades for operational areas of 750°C-1100°C

 

Austenitic cast steel grades for operational areasof 800°C-1100°C

 

Nickel and cobalt-based alloys for operational areas of 1100°C-1500°C
